    • Russia's Modernization & Innovation from the Perspective of Foreign Investors

    The FIAC Telecom & Hightech Think Tank together with Ketchum has developed the White Paper in support of the Russian government's modernization & innovation agenda. It was presented to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on the October 18th, 2010 at the 24th FIAC Plenary Session. The paper reflects the combined global experience and expertise of Russia's strategic foreign investors in the telecom and high tech sector, and explores how these lessons can benefit Russia. FIAC sees this White Paper as a broad and strategic basis from which further discussions with the Russian Federation government can be held to make Russia one of the leading high tech economies.
